Robert Arnold has been with Cornick Garber Sandler since 1987 and works closely with individuals in all aspects of tax planning, preparation and advisory services.
Robert is experienced in tax controversy work and has represented clients in IRS appeals cases, as well as before the Bureau of Conciliation and Mediation Services (BCMS) of New York State. He regularly handles NYS residency audits, multi-state tax allocation matters, issues of domicile and statutory residence, offers in compromise, and identity theft matters.
